Has anyone been having problems receiving the correct information about the habitation licence from their solicitors in Spain. I feel like the licence wasn't given as straighforward as they are saying. Why would the developers be offering a discount for the delay if they are arguing on the other hand that the delay was not their fault. We bought an apartment in 05 and it was due to close in december 07 still not closed as we don't want to close until we have received all the relevant legal documentation which to date we have not received. Has anyone else any other worries about the development? Does anyone know about the villa's being built at the front?
