Just returned 04/09/06. Bought block 2 and completed 11/8/2006. So many negative comments but hey - not prettiest of appts, but we live inside and not outside. Once inside what wonderful sea and mountain views. Found a guy who lives on complex who kitted out our wardrobe with shelves and rails. Fitted shower cubicle to our unexpected 2nd bathroom - pleased with his work. His wife is now our cleaner / laundry person after listening to how she cleans other appts. I have also found a person who does airport runs in a seven seater. Sampled most of the bars at the bottom of the hill and also in the small complex further up the hill. Beach bars are great during the day for eats and drinks. Entertainment @6 nights a week at Miraflores club house which can be walked to in about 15/20 mins. Cannot wait to go back in October. I think in a years time, once there is some greenery around the outside of the complex and the pool area has had some tlc we'll be wondering what all the fuss was about - well I will...
