I have this morning received an email from the gentleman in charge of signing of the Title Deeds for La Hacienda - please see below - not very good news for anyone in a rush I think!!

Maybe worth you getting on to your lawyers to see why we are experiencing even further delays.

I cannot assure a date to start signing, but I really think no signings will be started until the end of September or even October

Hello Jean, have you any idea on how long it will take once the signing of the deeds begins? We have flights booked for October 20th and I am beginning to get concerned. Is it a long process?
