Not sure where this should be posted and only really relevant to resales, but on reading threads about community issues its probably worth mentioning. If a potential buyer wants to know that there are no community issues, if the community is running well and the administrators are doing their job properly ask your lawyer to get a copy of the minutes of the last ** EDITED - New text **. Alternatively ask the estate agent if they can get them from the vendor - I have no doubt they will be surprised at your foresight but ask them nonetheless. If you think it should be in the community section EOS team then perhaps shift it there.
