School dinners

 Does anyone know if you can claim for free school dinners in Spain? They seem to be very expensive to me and someone mentioned that you can claim if you're working. I'd really appreciate any information you can give me.

All state schools seem to have a system in place for this, although I think it might only apply at the begining of each new term.  We were given a form to complete which was all about how much we earn't , this is then linked to the local tax office (if you are a business) and then they determine what percentage discount you are entitled to.  It varies hugely from literally 0% to 100%!! Your best advice is speak to the school secretary about this.
