Renters,,advice wanted

I have been very lucky with the people renting my Villa and we have agreed a date of leaving.with the end date being on the contract.
But do I have to do more to ensure they leave? ie: legal papers?? without upsetting the apple-cart!

Dear Tony:
If you have already signed the rental contract, I truly cannot advise you on what elese to do without, as you saym upsetting them.
In general terms we always advise people to submitt rentals to arbitration rather than Courts.
