Does anyone know any good, not too pricey, restaurants in Seville or Cordoba?

We are going to be in Seville next Wednesday and Cordoba next Thursday. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced restaurant in Seville, preferably not too far from the railway station, and somewhere for menú del día in Córdoba, fairly central? It's always good to have personal recommendations, plus we don't want to spend too much time looking for somewhere to eat when there's so much to see there!
