The price of a decimo is in fact 20 euros, however many schools and neighbourhood organisations sell them at 23 euros to raise funds. Two years ago we bought one for 23 euros from our friend, as her son's school was selling them and the money went towards his trip to Inglaterra! We actually won a small sum too (100€ each) so we were all happy! This year we bought one for 23 euros from the AA VV San Anton, who had just given us a free lunch, so it would have been rude not to!
Good luck everybody!

Hi,
I purchased a ticket from my daughters school and it was 23€, and yes correct schools etc add on the 3€ which I didn't mind paying as it was for a good cause.
