6 Month let required.. From June 2011

Hello

I am looking for a 6 month let in Spain starting June 2011 for myself and my family. (2 kids)

I require three bedrooms, hopefully a pool, and close enough to some shops/village.

I am open to different areas, please let me know if you have a property and would be interested in discussing this further.

I have a property in Enguera.  Enguera is a village in the inland Valencia region, about 45 minutes to the nearest beach and 15 minutes from the town of Xativa.  Enguera is completely self sufficient with schools, shops and 24 hour medical centre.  The main villa consists of three bedrooms (one being en-suite) and a second bathroom.  There is also a second building with a first floor one bedroomed apartment.  There is a large garden with a swimming pool, several patio areas and a large lawn.  The tennants that I have will be leaving in the middle of February so will be available from then.  Let me know if you want any more information.

We have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (sleeps 5) on La Tercia Golf Resort - 15 mins from Murcia airport (San Javier where beaches and restaurants/shops are located) , 20 mins to Murcia city.

We are very close to San Roque, Sotogrande and not too far from Gibraltar.  I am registered on the long term website and it does show that  "awaiting pictures" but please do click onit as the pictures are available. It is an unbanisation area, which I assure you will love.  In regards to  payment, that can be discussed directly .
