We are one of three communities that share some common services. In addition to our own AGM we also attend the AGM of the combined communities.
At the last combined AGM our president voted on an important matter but by voting YES the vote went against our interest and effectively made us liable to pay 50000€ more than we expected.
Our community president did not get our permission at the last AGM to vote YES.
The result is that we are being pressured to share a large common cost by equal amounts rather than coefficients.
The community are very angry at the president voting without permission and have since removed the president from office by an EGM.
Is there any law that protects our community against votes being cast by our president without our permission.
Can the unauthorized vote be declared void or is there any type of insurance that would protect the community?
Thank you in anticipation of any advice on this matter.
