Hiya all,
Anyone wanna take a look at this one:
www.eyeonspain.com/Secure/ForumPosts.aspx
Loads of people already have, but none of the Lawyers want to stick thier neck out!?!
Methinks! Gadzooks! Haveth I asked the unanswerable question to end all questions?
Does this question beat the ultimate question of: Life, the universe and everything - What's the answer?
Answer = 42 We that know simply know - now what was the question!?!?!
Go one, have a stab, you know you want to!

That's an interesting one there....
If you were originally sold a "trastero" then it would have been stated in your purchase contract.
Normally if you have a trastero it will be included in the escritura. If it isn't then it will belong to the community and it is up to the community what to do with them.
That's my opinion anyway.

Confused, don't know which thread to reply to. Can they be merged, justin? I'm going to the other one, because Techno's story is there.....

Hiya Reoberto,
The reason I posted a link to my question in the Lawyers section here was due to the fact that none of the Lawyers seem to want to answer it!?!
The reason being I think is that there is possibly more than one answer? These answers given by their own set of individual conditions?
In the end, I think I'm right and having said that, here in the UK the old saying "Possesion is nine tenths of the law" may come into place? Does that work in Spain?
Anyone?
