Of course you can.
All Saints days is a bank Holiday in Spain but all today, the 2nd of November, when we remembered our dear ones who have passed away is a full work day.

Hi - I was told that it is illegal to work on a Red day, ie bank holiday, if you are an employee. The people who own my agency can work - as owners - but I can't as I am an Autonomo. Also there seem to be different rules for large companies, such as supermarkets, who can open if they want to.
Very confusing, but then isn't everything here when it comes to rules and regulations!!!
