Hello, The minutes must be completed & signed within 10 natural days of the close of the meeting ( section of the law supplied if required). The votes need to be counted at the meeting or the agenda points could not be carried .
The action available to any member is to apply to court within 3 months of the meeting or 30 days from receipt of the minutes to have them declared null & void.
It needs to be noted if the vote differential made a material change to what was carried ( ie if it was a split vote by 1 ) ; if the change you see in the minutes had no effect on the outcome then you will be likely to fail in the action & pay the costs of the community. The minutes can be changed at the next formal meeting of the community by vote if a alteration is required & automatically by law the minutes of the previous meeting must be adopted at the formal meeting following.
It is also worth noting the matters carried in a meeting only come into effect when the minutes are signed .
I hope this helps.
