GARDENS OF MANILVA COUNTRY CLUB

I bought an apartment in the above in 2004/5 Gardens of Manila Country Club. After waiting for my deposit to be refunded years went past, to then find out that OVP had not transferred the deposits to the developer??  It all seemed like a con as the months and years went by and the excuses started to appear.

Is there anyway to recoup the seventy eight thousand pounds deposit back? 

It is a quick or slow process.  I don't believe I have any paperwork unless my ex does. Will this cause issues?

Any help would be more than appreciated.  P

If you are going to hire a lawyer like Costaluz Lawyers in Cadiz Province,you will need all the Paper Work you can lay your hands on. A few cases have been won like yours. So do not give up the fight.
