Short Term 2 to 3 month rental
The Comments |
Hi We are thinking about relocating to Spain as we have taken early retirement. I have done some homework on rentals and found holiday lets and long tern rentals. As a first step we are thinking about renting a house or apartment for 2 to 3 months to get a feel for living in Spain out of season. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any tips about where to look for this type of rent.

We are considering Andalucia round Nerja, possibly Torrox or even in Valencia. The idea is to try it or possibly try renting for a few months in 2 or 3 places to get a feel for them before either taking a long term rent for a year or buying. We are fairly cautious so would probably opt for trying an annual rental as the second step. Thank you for the information on kyero I am looking at their site now.

Good luck, and make sure you only pay the equivalent of one months rent as deposit, not 2 months, like one agent is asking.
