EGM agenda

I was always taught that an EGM agenda could not have an item Any Other Business, only specific topics on the agenda could be discussed. I am told that this does not apply in Spain. Is this correct.

No, only items on the agenda can be voted on, but we have Any other buisness where owners can discuss anything, this allows owners to ask for information or get other owners views but as I said it can not be voted on.

An AGM can have any other business but an EGM can only discuss and vote on what it was called for
