Hello

I am resident in the UK but have a holiday home in Spain.  Does anyone know, if I open an interest earning deposit account in Spain and tax on the interest is deducted at source do I have to declare the net interest received to anyone and if so who and how?

 Tax will have been stopped in Spain, as non resident thats it.  

As for UK. Call your tax office in UK and ask them.
