Panama Papers, tax evaders
The Comments |
It was interesting to read in a Spanish newspaper today that maybe those who appear in the ‘Panama Papers’ who are tax resident in Spain, who have or should have declared, will have their 720 declarations examined and if they cannot be adequately dealt with under other legislation then the 720 rules will be used. Quite useful in that they can be fined 150% of the assets undeclared without any long winded investigations, court processes etc.

It was on the lunchtime news as well. Wonder if there was a bit of angst over the cornflakes this morning in some Royal household? (Old King's sister, apparently).

Well the Princes Royal died 51 years ago, it's hardly going to rock the foundation of the House of Windsor.
