I'm a yoga teacher in Lanzarote. I offer private and group classes in yin yoga (slow paced and great for joints and ligaments), vinyasa flow (for stamina and balance), and pranayama (yogic mindful breathing - essential part of any yoga). I'm in Puerto del Carment and can travel anywhere on the island - to your hotel, gym or holistic centre.
