Has anyone ever tried to get an adapted car transfered on to spanish plates?

Hi, I think vehicle registration is dealt with by traffico. Most towns have a Gestor who will handle all aspects of vehicle registration transfers for a fairly small fee. I would suggest running your question passed one of these guys.Should they not know the answer they will ask traffico.
