New Spanish licence taking ages!

Hola,I went to Murcia Trafico 4 months ago to do the licence exchange,everything went ok and was told my Spanish licence would be posted but so far nothing has arrived(although the person I went with has received hers)My question is does anyone know if the exchange is done there or send on somewhere else? I'm thinking i will send an email but I don't want to send it to the wrong place! Tia!!

They have to wait for DVLA to come back and confirm you are a legit licence holder. This is what holds it up for most of the time. Ours were done in just a few weeks after handing in the UK licences.
The advice to check with trafico is good as it could be a problem with the mail. They may be able to tell you if they've been posted or if they're waiting for UK.
