WORLD WIDE UNION JACK HAULAGE / DELIVERY

This is the worst company I have personally ever used for shipping goods from Spain to the UK... Se2) e my below bad experience with this company:

My goods were collected on time from Spain as promised... and money was paid to them and after this Customer service vanished from this company!!!!

1) I was initially told there are 2 trucks per month to the UK!!    WRONG not 1 truck left to the UK between 20th September and 20th October

2) This company could not give me an ETA of when a truck would arrive in Spain nor Leave Spain nor Arrive in the UK

3) After numeous emails back n forth with this outfit from the Malaga office, I was told my goods would definitely be in the UK delivered by the end of October!!! This did not happen

4) I was then told after the truck had arrived in the UK my goods would be delivered either Sat or Sun and be called 1hr before!!! Nobody called nobody delivered and no contact numbers to contact a driver!!!!   The pathetic excuse was the driver was sick and they were to fly a new driver with the company owner called Angela over to the UK... How Mickey Mouse is this company!!!

5) It then took 5 days for Angela to call about delivery !!! Once again they failed their promise... I was told by the owner we wil delivery this morning and call 1hr before delivery!!!

AT 2PM I called ANGELA who was extremley rude towards myself and said I cannot help the traffic I told you we would call 1 hr before so i dont know why you have stayed in my response was simple that i was told morning delivery and its now afternoon MAYBE YOU MIGHT HAVE HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL AND SAY YOU ARE IN TRAFFIC AND ARE RUNNING VERY LATE!!!

STILL EXTREMELY RUDE REPLIED WITH DO YOU WANT YOUR DELIVERY OR DO YOU WANT I RETURNED TO PORTSMOUTH, THEN WHEN REPLIED WITH LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE... SHE HUNG UP WITH THE COMMENT IF W GET THERE!!!!

USE THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION... I SHALL NEVER USE THEM NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVERY AGAIN!!!!

Did you ever get your goods? 

I saw this company's van and trailer on the Portsmouth - Bilbao ferry on Nov 18th.  Going on the cost of the crossing plus food and drink whilst on board I can't imagine that they were very cheap as they would be factoring that into their overheads.

Not defending the company, who sound like a bunch of cowboys, in any way but the fact that their van was on the Portsmouth Bilbao ferry means nothing. I also sometimes use it in the winter when I have no French deliveries to do as it does work out cheaper than tolls and fuel for me and another driver and a 7m van. No idea how much the trailer adds to the cost though I must admit.

I am new to the site but thought i would add to this listing.  I too had problems with Union Jack.  I was messed around for over two weeks with promises of collection dates and being fobbed off.  The price was not exactly low either.  Having made several phone calls, various emails etc I gave up in the end.  WHAT A POOR COMPANY AND HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.  In the end I went to another company via the Internet.  UK-SPAIN-UK REMOVALS SL, from the very first email the whole process was completely different, they have a professional approach and seemed to treat me as a friend raher than just a customer.  I booked a collection and they arrived on time and on the day I requested.  My goods were all sent to the Costa Del Sol and kept in their storage free for 1 month.  When I contacted them they delivered my goods, the delivery men were wonderful and very sociable.  I felt it only right to give them a tip.  So in the short if any one needs a good company I cant reccomend these enough.
