Hi I have an apartment I am about to rent out in Javea, I am looking for information on how to set up a rental contract for 11 months, can anyone help?

Hiya. I bought an apartment in Lew Hoads (mijas area, CDS) and had the same hunt, friend told me to go to a tobacconists and they supply them there. Didnt eventually go but might be a starting point?

They would be standard opnes for 5 years. Your lawyer can draft one for you.
