Inheritance tax, does anyone know this company?

I've been to a website about inheitance tax. www.winchamiht.com, it seems like an easy way around paying IHT tax does anyone know anything about the company?

I made an appraisal to Malcolm Roach, his director, regarding IHT liabilities in Spain and how different liabilites arise at the death of one or both spouses if they decide to set a company for the ownership of the asset.

Well, you can always set a UK company even being a spanish resident.

I agree. By having a Spanish property owned by a UK company seems like a great way of substancially reducing associated purchase taxes and makes inheritance issues easy to deal with under uk legislation. I would do some research - looks like your on to a winner.

Maria, I would like to know, does the Tax relief offered by some areas i.e Gran Canaria, in spouse to spouse inheritance, apply to those domiciled in Spain only, or all Spanish residents ?
