Tax benefits for rentals
The Comments |
In the Annual CGT declaration:
you can deduct all expenses all expenses which you have incur for the obtention of the rental income, non national taxes and surcharges, expenses derived from the formalising of the contract (lawyer, insurance, arbitration agreement...), maintenance and reparation costs and amounts for supplies. You can also apply a reduction of the 50% on the net rental income obtained with the renting of a property as a home.

Excellent news . I am in the same position as Andrea, but our solicitor included the first years tax return with our conveyancing. I hope they are up to scratch on these rules now .

Hi Maria
Can you confirm this rule is applicable throughout Spain and that non residents are eligible?
Thanks
