You may or may not know that some construction companies and businesses here in Spain have started administration and liquidation proceedings due to lack of funds partly caused by the banks withdrawing the necessary funds for them to continue.
I seem to remember a big crash in the property market around 25 years ago.

I was wondering.
Is there anyone who reads posts on eye on spain who had experience of being a creditorer at that time? If not ,maybe your parents did.
If so,
my question is what did you do then that you would do differently now?
The amounts of money differ but I doubt the law has changed that much.
