Question. We signed our off plan build contract early in 2006 with a completion date of July 2007. Well this now looks like 2008 if we are lucky!
However there was a clause in the contract that required us to pay any taxes rendered to the Developer on any increase in land values during the building phase.
Then along came the Abusive Clauses Regulations.
My question is "Do I still have to pay the tax because my contact was in existence before the Abusive Clauses regulations came into force, even though the build is still not finished?"
