Can anybody out there please explain Techo Sobrante ? .
We are on a Urbanization of a number of seperate Manzanas and the Town Hall have given us a figure of our own Co efficent, when i work this out , i find my Techo Sobrante (our house that has no work done on it whatsover i.e. extensions, shed in garden ect) find i am a 33.3 square meters overbuilt.
The Town Hall Lawyer told the presidents ( 8 in total) that the co efficent is set down by law when the Spanish signed up to the EEC, however these figures can be changed ? Yes I know if they are set by law how can they change them.
I have looked up Techo Sobrante and it’s the taking of Air from the land, can somebody please explain to me in English what this actually means, or if there is a translation I can read myself, if anybody can lead me in the right direction please.
Also how can co efficent be changed if it’s written in law
