This will be interesting to follow. I presume the Council will now accept the highest bid
within 6 months unless aifos start repaying their debt.
Perhaps this is the way that most of us with emabrgos against Aifos are going to have to follow
to have any chance of getting a penny back ?
Has anyone experience of forcing a Developer to auction an emabrgoed propery off ?
At what stage can you do iit in legal proceedings ? Can you just put in a minimal bid
yourself on the basis u don't care if you are outbid as that money would come to you
anyway ?
You would have thought that Aifos would have tried to protect one of their main cash
generating assets. Perhaps they were well aware that no-one would bid so saw
no need to try ?
