Tax Form 215, Any Advice ?

I am attempting to stay within the law and complete the form 215 for tax on rental income.   

Does anybody have any experience of self submission for this form ?  I guess that 'use a gestor' is a reply that springs to mind, but that is a cost I am trying to avoid.    BTW, I don't expect (or hope) that my 215 contributions will have an effect on the 'notional rental' tax paid by all and sundry, after all, there wouldn't be anything to complain about would there ?

I wondered if you had managed to work out how to complete a 215 Tax form and would be willing to kindly part with your knowledge? 

I have down loaded forms from the internet but even with a dictionary I am struggling.  Earlier this year we visited a tax office, with our limited spanish we eventually found someone who told us how to download the forms from an english section on the website, when we asked how to complete the form were told that all the instructions were there as well, but what they omitted to say was that they were in Spanish.

Suma de cuotas diferenciales individuales: the full amount of different quotas

CONTRIBUYENTE

Sign and date.

LIQUIDACION

5. Base imponible: taxable base

6. Tipo de gravamen: tax rate

10. Cuota integra: Payable quota

11. Deduccion por donativos: donation deduction

12. Retenciones e ingreso a cuenta: withholding or pay into an account

13. Cuota diferencial:  diferential income.

Thank you for your help, could I just also ask

1.  in the 'Devengo box' should anything be entered in Presentacion en soporte?

2.  If I do not have stickers do I enter my home address or my property address in Spain?

3.  There appears to be 4 different pages to make Modelo 215.  Assuming I do not have any tipo 2 income do I then submit 3 pages when paying with pages 1 and 3 being stickered.

2.  If I do not have stickers do I enter my home address or my property address in Spain? Better your property address in Spain.

3.  There appears to be 4 different pages to make Modelo 215.  Assuming I do not have any tipo 2 income do I then submit 3 pages when paying with pages 1 and 3 being stickered. You have just filled out tipo 1.
