Any info on going personally bankrupt in Spain?

I´m asking as info seems to say a Judge declares a sentence of the amount of debt you have to pay. What if you have no money? What are the ramifications of this for the future?
I´m asking for someone in their mid 20´s, spanish speaker, worked solidly ever since 19 in Spain but now no work available.........huge mortgage to pay, unsympathetic bank, to say the least.

I don't really know about this in Spain, maybe one of the lawyers on here can advise.
I would think it's similar to the UK where you might be asked to pay something from your income going forward after they've sold off all your assets.
Sorry to hear about your predicament.
Justin
