Hello Everybody,
We have good news!
We have got today our money back from the bank on an expired bank
guarantee!!
Our bank guarantee was expired in May 2008 and we tried to get our
money back but tehe bank refused to pay us back. Now we did get
it back with the help of our solliciter and our estate agent. They
did a good job for us. They have jurisprudence about the fact that a
bank guarantee can't expired and they used this to get our money back.
Now we have got the money from the bank guarantee back, they want to
try to get back our deposit from € 3.000,- and the interest of the
total amount from the developer.
Our solliciter and estate agent have their offices in the Murcia area, If you want we can give you their names and adress.
Maby they can help you also to get your money back and they also can help you to
find your new property in Spain on a save way.

Dear Wouter,
I am so pleased to hear you have won your deposit back
I have been trying desperatly to recover my bank deposit. The solicitors I have approached all want to go down the more expensive , long route of taking the builder to court. Ruth Genda has just e mailed me to tell me your news and says you would be happy to help. I am also in the Murcia area, please would you help? I am running out of time because, after 2 years (since original completion date), the builder is now finishing the development. But due to a family bereavement, we really cannot go ahead now, the reason for buying is gone, it is too late for us now.

We could also help. Have had same success in the out of courts, with expired Bank Guarantees, and can deal with cases nationwide.
