Friends of mine spent a lot of money buying some very expensive furniture from a Marbella shop, part of a national company. This is their holiday home and they are only here for a few weeks a year. They have spent more than 18 months trying to get this company to put right defects. (TV/bookcase unit has no rigidity and 'waves about' if touched, sideboard has insufficient support, cannot put anything inside or it will collapse, leather sofas are all wrinkled and stretched, desk not solid, no screw covers on fixings on most furniture).
They have tried very hard to be reasonable and settle this matter pleasantly but the company is not being helpful What is the best way to take them to court to show problems and have them put right or have their money returned? I live here and would like to help them.
Please help me to help them, many thanks Carol
