CAN ANYONE HELP.

I ordered from a company but did not get the order when they said so I cancelled the order

I did not pay any deposit,

I have no paperwork,

I did not sign anything.

Now they have phoned and said my order is finally ready.

I said I did not want it now so they have said they will bill

me for the full cost or take out a denuncia against me.

are they allowed to do this.

 If you cancelled for legal reasons, they can not issue any claim or report against you. Maybe the best is just ignore them.

delivery dates they gave me.

The items are mosquito nets.

they said as they were made to my specific

sizes I am liable to pay for them.

Is this correct, or can I just ignore them as you state.

only by 3 days but when I phoned up to enquire they

said dont have them if you dont want them so I said

okay cancel them, then they ring me to say they are

ready and if I do not have them I will still have to pay

or they will take out a denuncia against me.

just an update on this saga, the firm have contacted

me again and apologised for their attitude and have

said if I will take the order they have agreed to give me

a 35 percent discount, so I have accepted their offer.
