changeover cleaning costs on renting propery

Hi everyone ,We have a place in Alhaurin,which we propose to rent out.It is a three bed ,1 bathroom 2 shower room townhouse,no garden etc,could someone please let me know roughly what it costs to have some-one in to do a changeover clean and launder sheets etc as i have no idea at present

Hi,
I charge 10 euros per hour cleaning, 7 euros per person laundry and 15 euros meet & greet.
But i dont live in your area so i don't know the rate for Costa del Sol.
