Only found this site today. I am going to Murcia  on the 22nd September to sign for completion on property on Isla. Signing on 25th if all ok, but is everything ok with Polaris? Never received my Builders Guarantees even though made repeated requests in writing , by e-mail and through the solicitors. They now tell me that as the buildings are complete the guarantees no longer needed. 

Was on another web site but heard nothing for ages regarding Condado. Are the buildings and surrounding areas complete?

Also read on another web site PW went into administration but is this the case, as my solicitor has not mentioned it. Don't want to pay any more out if there are problems. Told it was to do with not paying local council their money. Not trying to scaremonger but just very concerned.

Also need to sort accomodation out as Polaris not offering any.
