I did once have an appointment with them and was not impressed by the service. Do a thorough search on here and you will get a good idea of the way they operate.
The consensus of opinion on here is to use an established Spanish agent (we found arriba estates in Fuengirola O.K. but there are quite a few more) perhaps after searching the Kyero and infocasa internet property sites. And don't forget to find your own independent lawyer.
Make sure your lawyer is a member of the Spanish version of our Law Society (college of Abogados, Malaga) and check that their membership is paid up to date. Remember that Spanish lawyers are not trained to the level of UK lawyers and also 'gestors' will pass themselves off as lawyers. Be very careful in appointing one. Maria of Costaluz lawyers on EOS seems to know her stuff but there are others if you search the site.
Be very careful.

May I suggest you read the "Rough Justice Yet Again" thread. It is quite long if you read all the posts, but very imformative. Go into the General Discussions thread, then into General Chit Chat and you will find it.
