Train from Algeciras to Rhonda

Can anyone tell me the the train times from Algiciras to Rhonda in October on the scenic route or tell me where to find them . I have tried to Internet but the results were a bit strange. My sister has set her heart on this trip as I believe it is wonderful.
Alternatively can anyone give me the telephone number of Algeciras train station as hubs speaks Spanish fluently .

Same or maybe better in Algeciras as it is the starting point.
