I understand that wills made in different countries should not conflict in their conditions.
However, I made a will some years ago, in my divorced capacity, in England, which bears very little, if any, relationship to the current Spanish will, my wife and I made here in Spain, which covers all our needs and intentions.
We are permanent residents here and intend to stay for the rest of our lives.
May be a silly question, but does anybody know if it would be in order for the English will to be destroyed, if I so wish?
The last thing I want is problems at the 11th hour, although heaven alone knows when that will be.
Thanks in advance for any help and information.
