What has happened to my profile?

We are regular contributors on EOS on our community forum - Hacienda San Cayetano. A couple of weeks ago we couldn't access our own forum and queries this and suddenly it was there again.
I have asked 2 or 3 times for my private message facility to be reinstated as I have 2 messages which I can't reply to - very rude! This as yet hasn't happened.
Today I notice that all my previous posts have disappeared and I'm now in single numbers!! I've made hundreds of posts in the 3 years I've been a member of this site.
Has anyone else had this problem? If the EOS team are reading it - please sort it out for me.
