Hi there,

I wonder if anyone here is familiar with the Jumilla complex in playa flamenca?

 

My husband and I are looking around playa flamenca/villamartin/la xenia to purchase a bungalow, 2 beds at least and this complex caught our attention. Is there any flooding issues and overall what is the complex like? We will be primarily using it in the winter time and want somewhere that is not dead quiet during these months.
