I have purchased a villa from Clover Estates probably the same company, as I know they are building in H. Vera although my property is in Arboleas. They build a very good quality villa, the materials used are superior to some other developers in the area, ie heavier steel in pillars and foundations etc. They have a sales guy from my part of the world called Richard, I met him several months ago and found him to be very helpful. As already said get you solicitor to check the legal side of things and I would be happy to recommend them for their quality of workmanship, if you wish you can PM me for more info.
