Hi, Just wondering if anyone put a deposit down with pegasus builders for there development in valle de sol beside 3molinos. Deposit down feb 2007...no planning permission yet, getting fobbed off. Anyone know anything about the developers- looking at the legal route now. Bank guarantee was on the contracts but they never issued one to us despite several attempts from my solicitor.
