I have read in the Sur in English once, that since the 2005 all Real Estate agents have the obligation to know the condition of the properties they sold, otherwise they sale would be a fraud. I do not remember the date of the article but I will try to search for it and let you know.

May be it would be a good idea if you check this information with a lawyer.

I will try to speak with the constructors on monday to check when are they going to continue with the building as the stopped due to the new organisation. They got my phone Nº and told me that they were going to call me to give me this information but I do not think they will call me. If I got more information I will write it down in this forum.

I´ve been speaking with the guy of Arenal Golf Benalmádena on Thursday and I got some news I heard about Arenal 2000, they are in the process to change the administration that apparanteley will be taken by Caja Sur, they have to decide which construction company will continue with the building to finish it and I think it will have to chase the 1º ocupancy licence of Arenal Duquesa as well.  I heard this news from Arenal Golf Benalmádena and that involved as well to Arenal Duquesa as the developer was the same. The bank want to be sure that the new brokers that will invest in the developments are not involved in corruption which I think is a good idea, as the Costa del Sol needs a loundry of people and not of money. I guess that this is the main reason why the first ocupancy licence is taking so long for Arenal Duquesa, but I think it will be granted.
