Hi walkerman.

Few years back I enquired for a flying site ..As I fly model Heli's was along the N332  from Villa martin  to Guardimar...

drive with the sea to your right and just before you get to guardimar on the N332 there is a market on the left ..if you past that, there

is a dusty road next to the market   and there was supposed to be a sigh there ...not sure if its still there now ...worth a drive over !

Hi..

Im in Rojales , I have a holiday home for which for the past  8 years Im there four to five times a year for a week or so,

When Im not in Spain my house stays empty  the electricity is switched off at the fuse box.. and my standing charge from Iberdrola is between 12 and 14 Euros a month ...(2013).....Over the last 60 months of standing charge..works out 13 euros standing charge per month.

Hello...

Ive read your post ..yes def check all your entilements whether they apply in spain from the uk (taking in mind the sterling rate,)

and I agree with all the comments ...but I would like to add that because you are of working age that you don not sell your house in the UK but rent it , and when in spain you find a rental ..should you be happy after spending 2 years min in spain ..then sell the house in Wales if it make finacial sense ..
