We are looking too.The metal one sounds good-Is it lightweight and portable? Does the back move up and down?It's been so difficult and expensive looking in Spain that we have been thinking about buying in England and taking them out with us.

Hi- I'm new! We're buying off plan at La Duquesa.Our developer is Arenal 2000.We have been waiting for our habitation licience since January.The apartment is finished as is the pool etc. Is anyone else in this position? Can it really take years???
