Tried them this year and had a contract for my daughter. In the contract they stated: "no charge for underage" (my daughter is 23) and "full/full blabla bla". So I rented a car for one week, guess what? 30€ charge because she was 23!

70€ for the full tank. Refilled and at the desk they didn't wat to deduct the 70€. Yeah, they know you need a car when you arrive and need to catch a plane when you bring the car back in. After 1.5 months, a lot of mails and promises still no refund! If you want Dickmanns, add the 100€ in your budget!

Car was nice, now I understand why... They charge more then another company!
