Hello,
i am currently 20 weeks pregnant and travelling to Seville soon. I'm concerned that I'll be out of my comfort zone and have no idea about food hygiene standards in Seville. Should I assume it's like the UK and just avoid the regular not allowed stuff? Or should I be more vigilant while eating out in Seville? Is dairy pasteurised like in the UK? Could someone please shed light on food standards in restaurants/hotels? I'm terrified I will end up catching toxoplasmosis or listeria over there and harming my baby to the extent it's really ruining the trip for me. I'm even dreading it now. Am I over reacting? I read news about food poisoning in Spain and was just wondering if it's blown out of proportion? Please reassure a terrified pregnant lady. Thanks!
