Yes, we have been to see them in Alhama and our bank has rung them direct so confirm the details but they seem unable to take the payment

Has anyone else had problems with Urbaser not being able to take payments from their bank account?
Originally the payments were set up ok but then we moved our bank account from one Santander branch to another Santander branch and since then they have never managed to take a single payment which means someone has to go and pay at a bank and incur a €2.50 bank fee.

We're at a loss how to resolve the problem since no other company has a problem taking money...

Just raised exactly the same issue via Facebook and was advised to look at Iberswitch .... there is a half yearly fee but they seem to think they can save us money since they use suppliers with lower fixed charges
