we too have purchased in the lower blocks and have not had a succesful outcome in court. We have just lost our case in the high court and now will have to broker some form of deal with the developer. Is anyone in a similar situation and if you can offer some advise on how to get some money back from our deposit that wold be apprecated.
An alternative would be to complete, but can you get a mortgage on this development? With the Credit Crunch it's hard enough getting a straightforward mortgage never mind on an illegal build in Spain..
